We provide technical assistance (KPO), as well as supervision and management of IT infrastructure (ITO) of our Key Accounts. Our team has over 100 engineers in France and abroad. Our specialists are delegated to our clients for both short-term and long term missions.
Currently, for our Client we are looking for HP Openview Support Administrator for a project based in Strasburg (67).

Opis stanowiska

? Development and implementation of operational scripts and jobs
? Investigation and resolution of incidents on monitoring
? Optimisation of monitoring performances and tuning
? Participation in the onsite test (supervision and analysis of monitoring)
? Installation/configuration/integration/upgrade of HP-OV monitoring components
? Support to developmnet and test teams for monitoring aspects
? Writting and update of operation/administration/system documentation
? Trasferer of knowledge to the operators of the system, through training and coaching

Wymagania

? Computer Science Diploma
? Minimum 3 years of experience in management of IT-infrastructure and IT-networks as well as the administration of operational tools
? Good communication and team working skills
? Problem solving skills
? Personal commitment

Skills:
? HP OpenView
? Fluent English (written,spoken and oral)
